    Geceyken yıldızlar
    Dökülmüşken ışıkları
    İki gecenin ve iki gündüzün insanlarına
    Uykulu gözleri olmayanlar vardı.
     
    Yakın göğün kapılarından,
    Gecesi olmayan gökleri gören,
    ve kat kat gökkuşakları gibi
    parlayan ufuklara
    ulaşamayacağını bilen.
     
    Hep derler ya,
    sen ne kadar gitsen de
    ufukta kalır gökkuşağı,
    şansın varsa açılır üstünde ebemkuşağı.
     
    İşte elinde bilgelik asası
    kalbinde temiz
    sevgi,
    sağ elin havada
    selam dersin
    ve ayakların halen dünyada.
